The hotel was clean and had excellent and excellent co-operating staff at the reception desk. The location to an opera house and a museum set close to the venue was absolutely perfect. There were several restaurants and great restaurants nearby. I loved the room - modern and fashionable. They provided a large continental breakfast with drinks and snacks.

I liked everything. Location above any praise. It is located in a very center, all the main attractions are within easy reach. The room is quiet, though. The windows overlook a very nice and quiet courtyard. The hotel is clean and cozy. Very friendly staff is always ready to come to the rescue. The reception has staff who speak Russian. There is a very comfortable room, where you can have tea or coffee back from the walk. Breakfasts are delicious, everything is served. Internet was working fine, though there was a slight hitch at first. I was living in a suite. There's a fireplace. It's beautiful. In fact, the room is spacious, comfortable and very atmospheric.
The cushion is very thin. For a 4*, of course, it would be nice to add a bathrobe and slippers.

The great Hotel location. Nice quiet street about three steps from the Opera building. Breakfast is testy. Stuff and managers are very kind.

The situation is phenomenal, pedestrian street without traffic noise. Breakfast is correct and varied but the drink is served by them, they ask you what you want and bring it to you (sometimes not too fast), the friendly restaurant staff. Spacious room, big and comfortable bed but old-fashioned furniture, especially the bathroom, although it had everything necessary. The room was delivered to us at 12 noon, well before the stipulated time of entry.
The reception staff was simply correct, not a smile in 4 days, not a greeting if we didn't give it before...and it took 3 days to get a towel because there were 3 of us and only 2 towels, on the third day and after asking 3 different receptionists in the end we got it by asking the cleaning staff. The cleaning of the room is excellent. The check-in is the fastest I have ever done, no ID, no explanations of any kind, they just checked the name and gave us a map and a paper with the breakfast schedule.

One of the staff was very friendly and helpful (the night shift) and the other treated us as without any notion of hospitality or willingness nor openness to assist. the rooms were very old and needed major cleaning. especially the bed and the bathroom. The breakfast was low as compared to any hotel in the world and very poor as compared to Vienna standards

a lovely small family hotel in a wonderful location, was probably an old town house or two, in a quiet pedestrianized road near the opera, Spanish riding school, museums etc. thoroughly recommended
If I have to critize, the hotel recently exchanged hands and the new owners are doing a great job, maybe some of the paint work was looking a little tired!
